We provide our clients with professional services that include on-site consultations, full-service landscape design, installation and maintenance. Our landscape designers and production department work together to ensure that our clients receive the highest quality design and installation.

We design construction projects such as ponds, walkways and patios, as well as planting beds. We can also incorporate retaining walls of various materials - timber or masonry - and architectural features such as benches and trellises. Our lighting specialists can install high quality, low voltage, attractive lighting to enhance your landscape during evening hours and provide an element of safety.

Site Consultations

A landscape designer will meet with you at your site to discuss your landscape needs and goals and to evaluate the site conditions. Designer and client work together during this session to develop a concept and define your design requirements, to identify your needs and to establish a landscape budget. To develop a professional design, we assess a fee based on design complexity. Sometimes a formal design is not necessary and the designer can waive the design fee.

Landscape Design

Upon receipt of the design fee, the designer can go forward with making a site analysis and taking measurements. The designer will prepare a plan for you based on the requirements established during the site consultation. When the plan is complete, the designer will arrange a presentation to review it with you. You may also tour the nursery to see the plants and any accessories we've recommended. 

Installation
Our production crews have achieved a high standard of excellence in the industry. Their skills and experience in bed preparation, plant installation and construction are a source of great pride for them and us. We believe you will feel that way, too. We are insured for Workers Compensation and are licensed in Connecticut as a home improvement contractor.

Warranty and Follow-up
We guarantee our work. All our trees, shrubs and ground covers (except annuals, guaranteed for 30 days, and perennials, guaranteed for 90 days) have a 100 percent replacement guarantee for one year from the date of installation.

Our staff will check your installation throughout your one year warranty period to ensure the success of your investment. During a post installation walk-through, your designer will give you complete plant care instructions.
